REPORTING TO - Zonal Branch Manager

LOCATION - KARNATAKA

QUALIFICATION - ANY DEGREE

EXPERIENCE - 6+ YRS IN FMCG

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing prepaid business in assigned branch.

Managing Team of Territory Sales Manager and Territory Sales Executive.

Managing a distributor team having in entire towns on Air in the assigned Area.

Managing business of activations and revenue per month.

Ensuring the Visibilty and promotional activity in all districts to maintain the pace of growth month on month.

Tracking the competition activities and monthly managing the counter share management report to identify the weak pockets and making the month strategy in concurrence with market competence.

Regularly having the retail interaction programs or Retail Meets to know areas of improvement and make plans seeking feedbacks from the retailers.

Reporting to Zonal Branch Manager on day to day activities and participating in zonal meetings with ZBM and the Sales Head.

NOTE:
INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 24TH & 25TH OF OCTOBER IN KARNATAKA.
