Hands on experience in analyzing and maintaining Chemical Baths of  Plating, Thorough knowledge in Treating Effluents.

Experience in conforming to parameters set by and procedures of TNPCB.

Maintaining and improving existing processes, capacity planning, reducing rejections, reducing  processing cost in chrome plating including pre-treatment.

Improving the workplace for personnel engaged in direct and indirect work areas related to above processes.

Maintaining solid and liquid effluents produced by the system within allowable levels as required by statutory bodies.

Improving handling of parts and jigs

Immense knowledge in one or more of following –Plating, ETP.
