Our client a flexible packaging company producing blown film & converting it bags & sheets (both plain & printed), and to date has grown to become the largest plastic processing plant in Malawi with an annual capacity of 3,600 tons.

Requirement : Candidates should be a hardcore sales professional with proven track record in selling plastic products and flexible packaging materials like carrybags,pouches and pet bottles etc.
Experience in African market preferred
Job Description:
v Dealer and Distributor network
v Corporate & Industrial sales
v Sales through distributor & dealer network in entire Malawi
v Appointment & setting up an efficient distribution chain, developing strong
v retailers/dealers data base& profiling of target customers
v Maintaining effective relationship with direct dealers & customers.
v Looking after all corporate sales, major upcoming projects, builders, institutional & industrial sales.
v Monitoring outstanding as per company's norms.
v Maintaining all sales, purchase & payment book of the branch.
v Attending tenders & negotiation with customers.
v Training & development of distributor's salesman.
v Organizing captive seminars in large institutions to give customers complete product knowledge and its usage/benefits.
v Interacting with the AD AGENCY and Local Media (Newspaper, TV) for planning and execution of local promotional events.
v Appointing new dealers and sub-dealers to strengthen the existing network and ensure proper Product Promotion and strong and better Market reach.
v Handling a team of Sales Officers by building, motivating and driving them to achieve goals.
v Strengthen the dealership through establishing proper systems, procedures, manpower and infrastructure.
v Fixing targets and credit limits of each dealership.
v Managing and improving the efficiency of subordinates through proper training and guidance.
v General office administration.
v Attending technical seminars exhibitions and organizing.
