Our client a leading university in karnataka are in need of Corporate Sales Head professional for their operation in Bangalore.

Position: Head – Corp Sales

Reporting to: President – Campus Programs

Region: New Business Initiatives

Organisation entity : Corporate Business

Location: Bangalore

 

JOB PURPOSE

This position will be responsible for the overall business development and acquisition of new of key corporate accounts for MUL.

Key focus areas include planning and strategy besides besides networking & forging alliance.

 

WORK RELATIONS :

Business Heads of target organizations , New Business Initiatives team , Vertical Head , Support Functions

 

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled. 

 

       KEY FIGURES:

    Figures and Finances

    SUPERVISION:

   Direct Reports – Sr.Managers – Business Development (Bangalore & Mumbai)

   Indirect Reports – Nil

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

What are the minimum entry level requirements for the job, in terms of

 

Qualification and Experience

MBA/Graduate with 12 – 15 years of experience and minimum 10 years in Corporate Sales

Should have handled a target driven sales team

Proven experience in Planning, Meeting and Exceeding Sales targets

 

Skills and Knowledge

Ability to devise and implement business & marketing strategies.

Good understanding of the corporate training market

Structured approach to achieve targets
