Position: Head of HR

Qualification Experience:
Masters in HR from a repute HR school
Experience:
10 to 12
years of rich HR experience on all facets of HR especially in HRM and HRD
competence.
Exposure:
- Shall
have ability to lead and manage and to work without any day-to-day
supervision and to take smart decisions under pressure
- High
degree of both written and verbal communication for HR facilitation
- Proactive,
Self-motivated and Independent in running HR operations
- Commendable
track record in HRM & HRD contributions
- Strong
HR knowledge, skills and competencies
- IT/Web
savvy specific to HR related automated processes

Key
Role:
Responsible
to all functional delivery pertaining to HR for Mohinani group operations in
Ghana, Nigeria & Burkina Faso which comprises of 1500+ local and 125
expatriate employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continued
optimum, cost effective resources planning and execution for the changing
business needs for both local as well expatriate talents using a right mix
of resource planning methodologies
- Be
a PMS program manager and an anchor for facilitation and tracking
periodically for both micro and macro objectives realization as set by the
country heads
- As
a long term strategy and initiative develop and deliver through processes which
shall enable to hire and assimilate more of local executive and managerial
talents at senior and top level management
- Constantly
benchmark at West Africa for best suited
HR Policies, Processes, Systems & Practices and implement the same
- Design,
develop, deliver and manage effective employee compensation practices both
for local and expatriate employees to achieve the set annual compensation
budgets and related goals
- Take
initiatives through various programs and projects to blend and integrate
for an effective work culture among locals and expatriates in line with
the group values
- Assess
regularly the training needs of employees at executive and managerial
level and provide necessary training through internal as well external
resources
- Lead,
Manage and Develop an effective HR team at West
Africa which comprises of local HR talents
- Advise
the country heads on long term HR initiatives in line with the business
strategy and growth plans
- As
a part of the management team be an enabling member in supporting various
management actions which are outside the purview of HR
