A)      Minimum 7+ years of experience where as worked as Business Analyst (Functional) for at least for 2+ years      

B)  Good exposure in Telecom domain & transition from Tech Support to Business Analyst

C)  Led cross-functional team integrating the customer delivery

D)  Understanding & Exposure to Telecom Systems.

E)  Experience in having Business Perspective outlook

F)  Must have good knowledge of Business Processes, Pre sales Process, UML modeling, SDLC, and OOPS concepts.

G) Strong customer orientation & client -interface skills

H) Knowledge on typical Telco process

I) Proven documentation and communication skills including presentation, negotiation and facilitation
