• Required Skill Set : 
• Study AS-IS biling processes, identify challenges and issues associated with the current processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for the identified gaps or pains.
• Prepare TO-BE billing processes using Tools such MS Visio etc

• Clearly understand and capture Customer Requirements
• Define and enhance Telecom Billing Business Processes of  pricing, rating, invoicing, payments and collections, Dunning and Debt management.

• Map billing processes on the out-of-the-box product features
• Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
• Identify and escalate issues impacting Business Analysis phase
