Educational Qualifications
B.E or
Diploma Engineering in Electrical / Industrial Electronics
Experience and Background
Minimum 5
- 6 years experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance of IMM.
Electrical maintenance exposure in flexible packaging factories is preferred.
Age Group: Not more than 40 yrs
Knowledge and Exposure

Added
advantage if the person is exposed to TPM, 5S Technique of KAIZEN
|
|
|
|
|
|
Should
be hands on in working with MS Office, Computer System
|
|
|
|
|
|
Should
be familiar & hands on with all safety Statutory Electrical requirements
in HT as well as LT

From large
flexible packaging industry with a strong bias on electronics / control systems
/ electrical engineering.
|
|
|
Must be familiar
with machines like cerruti, rotomac (8 colour gravure
machines),
laminators (solventless & solvent based) like nordmeccanica,
slitters &
rewinders like bmec, dahbah, spl ultra from india.
|
|
|
Netsal preform
making m/c is another addition to electronics / control systems (plcs) with a
robot.
|
Principal Responsibilities
- Should be able to monitor and control
Electrical Energy consumption, water & fuel consumption and propose /
Implement measures to save the energy.
- Should be able to maintain proper
documentation & records for Preventive & Scheduled Maintain
- Monitor and maintain minimum Essential
Spares for all the plant

Key Competencies
- Effective Communication skill (Verbal
as well as written)
- Leadership qualities
- Preferably should know HINDI
- Good presentation skill
- Good temperament
- Follow up & feedback
- Crisis Managemet
