Job Description of Sales Function in Circle sales Team
Zonal Sales Manager: Job responsibility will be a)Responsible for Market Mapping in terms of Different channels in industry Detailed mapping of company wise channel prevailing and available in market
b)Finalizing the channel strategy for his Zone and no of distributors and dealers Required to achieve AOP
c)Identifying and appointing the Distributors & Sub dealers , Brand Shops & Direct Dealers Responsible for handling Sales channel of company consisting of 1)Distributors 2)Sub dealers 3)Alternate channels of distribution. 4)Brand Shops 5)Direct Dealers 2)Responsible for formulating Business Plan for the above mentioned channels 3)Developing a sales strategy to achieve Business plan for these channels 4)Responsible for Achieving AOP of His Zone in Terms of activation no & Revenue 5)Responsible for recruiting, training sales team 6)Responsible for doing all merchandising activities at these channels in coordination with Marketing team 8)Ensuring Proper Penetration of Brand as per requirement of company 9) Ensuring the visibility of Brand in market Place as per requirement of company
Qualification and Experience 1) Should have University degree or MBA preference to MBA 2) Should have 12- 16 years of experience in FMCG out of which 6-10 years in Telecom industry 3) He should have quality service orientation & leadership abilities to lead Team
