About Company:

Our client a leading CMM Level 5 Software Company having operations across many locations are looking for "Associate Solution Designers" with the following requirement:

Skillset:

• Exposure and experience of working as component designers on one of the following COTS will be an advantage - Siebel, Clarify, Metasolv, Cramer and Netcool.
• Should be able to conceive and describe the static and the dynamic designs in UML
• Good understanding of key telecom processes in fulfilment and assurance.
• Awareness of network technologies – SDH/PDH, IP, MPLS, DWDM
• Experience of working in medium to large scale projects in fulfilment and assurance space will be an advantage.

Domain:

• CRM, Fulfillment, Assurance

Telecom Process Knowledge:

• Telecom domain exposure & expertise in any one or both domains - Fulfillment (L2C) and Assurance (T2R)

COTS Exposure:

• Component / End2End design exposure on COTS platforms - – Siebel, Clarify, Metasolv, Cramer, Netcool. Etc.

Tools and Frameworks Knowledge:

Tools

·   UML Knowledge (Borland, ARIS and likes)

·   Visio

Frameworks

·   Broad understanding of SOA

·   Possess understanding and knowledge of eTOM /SID and other industry

   standards/ models

·   Agile Methodology

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written / verbal; communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
