Roles and responsibilities: Managing Prepaid Distributors in allotted Zone to Promote Business in and around the assigned Territory. Appointment of Distributors and Retailers.
Monitoring Salesman and Activation Executives in SIM Sales. Maintaining Relationship with Key Accounts to promote the Secondary Sales and Activation. Weekly Review meets with Distributor, Salesmen and AEs. Responsible for Market Visibility. Rolling out New Schemes and offers in the Market. Promoting Massive activities like Campaigns, Market Storming and Canter Activities. Reporting to
Area Sales Manager - Prepaid Sales.
