Candidate Criteria Masters in Business Administration or International Trade or equivalent 40 years, energetic and strong entrepreneurial capabilities Min 15 years work experience, of which at least 5 years should have been at profit centre head Good General management experience in a distribution business, having handled the entire operations including procurement, sales & marketing, business development, finance and supply chain Should have exposure to strategic planning, forecasting blending with successful strategy execution Strong leadership & team building skills Good communicator and influencer Capable of sustaining and striking a right balance with our principals for a winning relationship
The following prior experience would be an advantage: Multi segment marketing experience including experience with own brand development International product sourcing and development exposure Working in an ERP environment Working with performance management tools Other details: The position is based in one of the West African countries and reports to CEO & Board Salary: Very attractive savings in USD plus local terms above the industry standard Incentives: In line with the seniority and profit centre responsibility, an aggressive potential savings is set.
