A) Overall 8 – 12 years of experience in Data Warehousing and 2-4 years in the OBI 

B) 1-2 YRSexp of Telecom Business Processes and map business requirements (processes) to the platform 

C) Demonstrated hands-on technology, design, implementation, management, & leadership experience in successful BI reporting engagements 

D) Should have used aggregate  awareness  , partitions , various security features & cache management  

E) Create a high-level solution architecture after factoring in functional, performance & scalability requirements; Definition of the overall application architecture as it relates to analytics (e.g., interfaces, converted data, reporting, etc.); Application deployment planning and execution 

F) Capture and documentation of Management Information/Business Intelligence requirements from clients ensuring suitable balance of business needs and delivery feasibility 

G) Responsible for design of overall BI solution from process perspective 

H) Design, size and estimate infrastructure requirements 

I) Good knowledge of various BI modeling techniques and data warehousing concepts 

J) Strong knowledge of BI performance optimization techniques 

K) Should be able to lead a team and support them technically. Must have good communication skills and analytical skills. 

L) Ability to understand complex data structures and how they can be designed for ad-hoc reporting 

M) In-depth knowledge and experience in logical, physical, dimensional, and metadata data modeling, for both data warehouse and data marts
