1) 6 YRS EXP IN IT REQD

2) IN WHICH MINIMUM  3-4 YRS EXP IN SIEBEL CRM

3) Thorough knowledge of CRM Domain is essential

4) Strong Working knowledge on more than one of the CRM modules i.e. Account Management, Order Management, Service & Trouble Ticket Management, Product Configuration, Siebel Self-Service Web Care, Partner Relationship Management

5) Working experience in Unix Shell Scripting and Oracle SQL and Pl/ SQL

6) Good working experience on Version Controlling software.

7) Ability to work under pressure and to stretch during week ends/ Odd hours.

8) Ability to formulate / take end user trainings.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Analyzing requirement as per customer business needs

B) Planning/ Designing/ Trouble Shooting Siebel CRM Configuration and Customization

C) Leading a team of Siebel CRM Developers

D) Formulating and monitoring processes for better control with customer satisfaction

E) Need to provide Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Management reports to Top Management

F) Creating Job Rosters for the Team 

G) Enhance the knowledge base of the Team by exposing team members to multiple modules through job rotation
